FAQs

Do you sell clay by the bag?
Yes. We offer clay for purchase by the 25-lb bag, or 50-lb box.
Can I pick up a large clay order the same day?
For larger orders, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability. Orders of more than 100 lbs of one clay body require at least 24 hours notice.
Can I return or exchange clay?
the Shop accepts returns of merchandise in perfect condition and in original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. Opened bags or boxes of clay cannot be returned.
