Description:
Join our 8-week Intermediate Handbuilding course, beginning November 5, designed for students who already have experience with clay and are ready to take their skills to the next level. This fast-paced class explores more advanced handbuilding techniques, with a focus on precision, form, surface design, and creating more intricate functional and sculptural pieces. Throughout the 8 weeks, the instructor will provide demonstrations, individualized feedback, and guidance while encouraging students to refine their craftsmanship and develop their own artistic voice. Prior handbuilding experience is required, as this class builds on foundational skills and moves at a quicker pace than our beginner courses. Please note there will be no class on Nov 26, Dec 24, and Dec 31. Last class will be on Jan 14.
